What we process
- İletişim formu: ad soyad, kurum, e-posta, telefon, konu ve mesaj. Zorunlu alanlar ad, e-posta ve mesajdır.
- Contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone, subject and message. Name, e-mail and message are required.
- Dil tercihi: Türkçe veya İngilizce, tarayıcınızın localStorage alanında (anahtar: acar-lang).
- Language choice: Turkish or English, in your browser’s localStorage (key: acar-lang).
- Teknik bağlantı: sayfa açıldığında tarayıcınızın sunucuya ilettiği standart istek kayıtları (IP, tarayıcı türü). Bu statik sitede analitik aracı yoktur; barındırma sağlayıcısı günlük tutabilir.
- Technical connection: standard request logs your browser sends when a page loads (IP, browser type). This static site has no analytics tool; the host may keep server logs.

Form, talebinize cevap vermek içindir (KVKK md. 5/2-c ve 5/2-f: bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya meşru menfaat; gönderdiğiniz ölçüde açık rıza). Dil kaydı, seçtiğiniz dili hatırlamak içindir; siteyi kullanmak için gereklidir.
The form is used to answer your request (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f: steps toward a contract, or legitimate interest; and consent to the extent you send the message). Language storage remembers your choice; it is needed to use the site in that language.

How it is collected
Form bir sunucuya kaydetmez. Gönderince tarayıcınız e-posta uygulamanızı açar; ileti info@acar-group.com adresine sizin tarafınızdan gider. Göndermezseniz veri bizde oluşmaz. Dil tercihi yalnızca sizin cihazınızda durur.
The form is not stored on a server by this site. On submit, your browser opens your mail app; the message goes to info@acar-group.com from you. If you do not send it, we do not receive the data. Language choice stays on your device.

Gelen e-posta, talebi yanıtlamak için satış veya ilgili birime iletilebilir. Reklam ağına, analitik firmasına veya veri satışı yoktur. Saklama süresi, ticari yazışmanın makul süresi ve yasal yükümlülüklerle sınırlıdır. Dil kaydını tarayıcı verilerini silerek veya dili yeniden seçerek kaldırırsınız.
Inbound mail may be forwarded to sales or the relevant team so we can reply. There is no ad network, analytics vendor or sale of data. Mail is kept for the ordinary life of business correspondence and any legal duty. Clear site data, or pick the language again, to remove the language key.

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, erasure or destruction, ask who it was shared with, object, and exercise the other rights the law provides. Write to info@acar-group.com. We reply in writing or electronically within the statutory period. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board where the law allows.
